"So professional! Clean and great. I went to two other storage places at 4:30 PM one weekday. One was closed a half hour early, the other one refused me because the guy in the office said he was leaving early! Not here! Slid in at 10 minutes to 5 and had a great unit in 6 minutes! The two people in the office were extremely thorough and very professional. They explained everything. They even provide a lock as part of it all. It's a terrific storage facility. "I moved out of my large condo and in one day decided to put my well-packed furniture into storage for an indefinite period of time. My daughter secured a spot and when we arrived late in the afternoon, the owners welcomed me and kept the place open until we finished. Then helped me secure another unit for the overflow. One month later, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to remove my stuff once again and move it to another house. The stress of having to move twice in one month was overwhelming, yet Joe and Trisha, who made everything very easy for me to do, empathized with my state of mind, listened to my problems as if I was the only person who mattered and wished me well.
